Early Years Educator Role

Full Time, Part Time and Term Time Considered. 6 months probation period applies.

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is passionate about working in Early Years.
If you have a warm and caring nature, then this role might be perfect for you.

We are seeking someone:

Who has a genuine passion for working within early years.
Has a proven track record of meeting the needs of young children.
Is able to plan purposeful activities to enhance children's learning. We able to link activities to the EYFS.
Have an excellent understanding on procedures such as: safeguarding, child protection, safe sleeping and hygiene requirement.
Build strong bonds with parents and carers and ensure that parents and carers are always well informed about their child's day at nursery.
Continue to develop areas within the room so that children remain stimulated and resources are replenished.

Must Have:

Level 3 qualification in childcare.
Must be on the update service
Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a key worker.
Must be willing to go on further training to enhance knowledge.
